We aim to dispatch all ingredient and untreated clothing orders within 2–4 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

We aim to dispatch all Treated Clothing orders with 2 weeks as we manually treat each garment individually when ordered. Some treatments require a curing period to allow solvents to dissipate before shipment.

Australia metro: 3–7 business days
Regional/remote areas may take longer

We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle. Tracking is provided where available.

Blackspur Co. is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or external events.
