We aim to dispatch all ingredient and untreated clothing orders within 2–4 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

We aim to dispatch all Treated Clothing orders with 2 weeks as we manually treat each garment individually when ordered. Some treatments require a curing period to allow solvents to dissipate before shipment.

Delivery Timeframes:
Australia metro: 3–7 business days
Regional/remote areas may take longer

We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle. Tracking is provided where available.

Blackspur Co. is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or external events.

All orders must be paid in full at checkout prior to dispatch. Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.

We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

This excludes normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Contact info@blackspur.co with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind & Size Exchanges:
If you receive a garment and the sizing is not correct, you may return it for an exchange, provided:

• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused and only tried on for sizing
• The item is returned in original condition with no damage, marks, or odours

Once received and inspected, we will arrange an exchange for an alternative size (subject to availability).

Returns for Refund (Change of Mind):
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may offer a store credit at our discretion once the item is returned in original condition.

Faulty or Defective Products:
If your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided the issue is not caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Upon assessment, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Conditions:

• Items must be returned clean and in a resellable condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty
• We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Zip Payments:
For purchases made using Zip, refunds (where approved) will be processed back through the original payment method in accordance with Zip’s terms and conditions.

Any fees, interest, or charges applied by Zip are subject to your agreement with Zip and are not controlled by Blackspur Co.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
